The original design published in Engineering in Miniature by Jack Buckler in the early 1980’s was for a 5 inch gauge 0-4-0 saddle tank of indeterminate prototype. Although hundreds have been built it is unlikely any two will be identical as everyone has their own ideas.

This one is an 0-4-2 in 4 3/4 gauge, it is also superheated with mechanical lubrication and has Wahlschearts valve gear, there is a tender for extra coal and water. Meant as a “quickie” it was 3 years in the building.
